- Tuesday: 6:30 am & 5:30 pm (James)
- Thursday: 6:30 am & 5:30 pm (Rosie)
- Saturday: 8:30 am (Rebecca)
How much does it cost?
- $20 First Week – This allows you to come and try all the classes for a whole week for just $20
- $15 Casual – No commitments, come along any time for $15 per class
- 10 Class Pass $120 – 10 Class passes work out to $12 per class. Budget friendly yoga classes.
What is yoga?
Yoga is an ancient practice specifically designed to bring about a healthy, mindful, and happy state of being. Each session involves physical and mental exercises which will increase physical health and bring about a heightened state of awareness. Yoga will change your life!
Why practice yoga?
Yoga practice is well known for aiding sleep, increasing flexibility, and building strength. Meditation and breathing exercises are incorporated into the classes to heighten awareness of your mental state and to bring about a calmness in your body. Regularly practising yoga will help you become more aware of your body, become healthier, increase your happiness and become more relaxed.
What to bring and where to go?
Simply come in relaxed clothing with an intention to do good for yourself.
The Feel Free Yoga classes are held at Riverlife in Kangaroo Point. An open air marquee with river and city views is our space to work on ourselves.
