What happens if I want to cancel or reschedule my adventure?

No refunds given. Bookings can be rescheduled for a fee of $8.50 per person providing at least 48 hours notice is given. If between 24-48 hours notice has been given, this fee will increase to 20% of the activity’s cost per person. If less than 24 hours notice has been given, there will be no opportunity to reschedule the booking.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

Itineraries may vary or be substituted for any reason including seasonal conditions, weather extremities, natural disasters, etc. Adventures cancelled by Riverlife due to bad weather will be rescheduled without any charge.

Can I pay on the day?

No. We require payment in advance to confirm your booking. We accept payment via all major credit cards, EFTPOS and cash at the counter.

How far in advance do I need to book?

General Sessions require a minimum of 48 hours in advance to book. However, we do recommend booking as early as possible, as availability can fill up quickly.
