How Do i Book?

Is there parking on site?
No, there is no on-site parking at Riverlife, however the best street parking can be found here (street parking info)
What happens if the weather is bad?
Riverlife operates kayaking adventures in all weather conditions except during electrical storms and hail storms. All other adventures may be cancelled during periods of heavy rain or adverse weather conditions. On the rare occasion Riverlife needs to cancel a scheduled adventure, a new booking will be made or a voucher issued at no cost.
All bookings are non-refundable.
Can we reschedule?
We understand sometimes things happen and you need to reschedule. Bookings can be rescheduled for a fee of $8.50 per person providing at least 48 hours notice is given. If between 24-48 hours notice has been given, this fee will increase to 20% of the activity’s cost per person. If less than 24 hours notice has been given, there will be no opportunity to reschedule the booking. Gift vouchers are fully exchangeable and can be used on any adventure to the value of the original gift voucher.
Can i drink before my experience?
Riverlife operates with a Zero Tolerance Drugs & Alcohol policy for all activities. Because of this, if found to be in breach of this policy, you can not participate in the adventure. Should you arrive intoxicated, there are no option for rescheduling or refunds. However, if you are looking to have a drink afterwards, we have alcoholic beverages available.
